About The Role
The Executive Assistant plays a critical role in supporting the CEO and senior leadership at TixTrack by ensuring administrative, organizational, and logistical priorities are managed efficiently and professionally. This position serves as a trusted partner to the CEO, coordinating schedules, communications, and key initiatives to help ensure effective operations in a fast-paced environment.
This role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who can manage multiple priorities, maintain strict confidentiality, and anticipate leadership needs while fostering a professional and welcoming environment for employees, partners, and guests. This position reports directly to the CEO.
This position is full-time and hybrid. Candidates must be located in New York City with the ability to come into the office multiple days per week. Candidates may be required to travel from time to time.
About You
You have experience supporting senior leaders and are comfortable managing complex calendars, shifting priorities, and high-volume coordination with professionalism and attention to detail.
You are highly organized and proactive, with a natural ability to anticipate needs and ensure nothing falls through the cracks in a fast-paced environment.
You exercise strong judgment and discretion, handling sensitive information with confidentiality while building trust with executives, colleagues, and external partners.
You are a collaborative, solutions-oriented problem solver who can operate independently, partner across teams, and help drive operational coordination across a growing, global organization.
What You'll Do
Provide high-level administrative and logistical support to the CEO, including complex calendar management, stakeholder coordination, meeting scheduling, travel arrangements, and expense tracking.
Serve as a key point of coordination for leadership priorities, ensuring meetings, follow-ups, and commitments are tracked and executed efficiently.
Support global operational activities, including the UK Team, and partner with departments such as HR, Finance, Strategy & Growth, IT, and Customer Experience on projects and initiatives as needed.
Support the planning and coordination of company meetings and internal events, including logistics, scheduling, and communications.
Act as Office Manager of the New York City office, including vendor relationships, office supplies, space utilization, security access, and ensuring a productive and welcoming environment.
Handle sensitive company and employee information with discretion, professionalism, and the highest degree of confidentiality.

What You'll Bring
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (or equivalent experience) preferred.
Three or more years of proven experience in an Executive Assistant or other administrative role supporting senior leadership.
Demonstrated experience managing complex calendars, coordinating meetings, and supporting multiple stakeholders.
Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace, with the ability to learn new or updated software.
Availability for occasional travel to offsite meetings or events.
Essential Skills

What We Offer
Base annual salary range of $65,000 to $80,000, commensurate with experience
Eligibility for annual bonus based on performance and company success
